The reception hours are inconvenient, closing at 6 PM!!! Parking is a hassle due to holiday events nearby, and how about cleaning pet messes promptly to avoid unpleasant surprises? !!!

Had a fantastic time with my friends. The location was super convenient for exploring local cafes and the city center. We loved the common kitchen where we could cook and enjoy meals together. The staff was always helpful, making our stay even smoother. Don't miss the chance to hike to Sete Cidades and relax at the nearby beach!

Unfortunately, we did experience some noise from traffic as our room faced the street. This made it a bit difficult to relax at times.

The family room was spacious for our large group, and the kids loved the cable programming for some downtime. We also enjoyed the great views from the dining area. Joana was super friendly and helped us feel at home.

It was just a great match for a momentary visit in Ponta Delgada with value for money. The staff were super helpful, especially Joana, who went out of her way to assist with questions. Street parking is available, but arrive early for the best spots.
